چکیده

Abstract Black phosphorus (BP) with a layered structure has been used gradually as lubrication additive in the tribological area. In this study, BP powders are produced via an easy method of high-energy ball milling using red raw material. Subsequently, nanosheets prepared liquid exfoliation N-methyl pyrolidone solvent. The behavior water-based additives (BP-WL) is evaluated under Ti6Al4V (TC4)/GCr15 contact. results suggest that 70 mg/L BP-WL sample exhibits excellent performance, whose coefficient friction (COF) and wear rate reduced by 32.4% 61.1%, respectively, compared those pure water. However, load increased, properties because agglomeration nanosheets. Based on experiments worn surface analysis, boundary mechanisms proposed. reduced, which primarily attributed to low interlaminar shear adsorption addition, tribochemical reaction film comprising TiO 2 , Al O 3 Fe effectively protects titanium alloy/steel from wear. This new can be process alloys.

Synthesis of Ultrathin WS2 Nanosheets and Their Tribological Properties as Lubricant Additives

In this paper, ultrathin WS2 nanosheets with thickness of about 5 nm were successfully prepared by a facile solid phase reaction method. The as-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). On the basis of experimental results obtained under different reaction durations, a possible formation mec...

Black phosphorus nanosheets for rapid microRNA detection.

Herein, for the first time, a sensitive sensing platform for rapid detection of microRNA was developed by employing black phosphorus nanosheets as the fluorescence quenching material. The biosensor displayed a good linear response to microRNA ranging from 10 nM to 1000 nM. Moreover, the biosensor could distinguish triple nucleotide polymorphism.

Tribological behavior of vegetable oil-based lubricants with nanoparticles of oxides in boundary lubrication conditions

This work studied the development of vegetable based lubricants and the addition of oxides nanoparticles (ZnO and CuO) as additive for extreme pressure (EP), exploring the EP and oil base influence in tribological behavior. The results showed that with the addition of nanoparticles to conventional lubricant, the tribological properties can be significantly improved. A smoother and more compact ...

Improved Biocompatibility of Black Phosphorus Nanosheets by Chemical Modification

Black phosphorus nanosheets (BPs) show great potential for various applications including biomedicine, thus their potential side effects and corresponding improvement strategy deserve investigation. Here, in vitro and in vivo biological effects of BPs with and without titanium sulfonate ligand (TiL4 ) modification are investigated. Compared to bare BPs, BPs with TiL4 modification (TiL4 @BPs) ca...

Tribological Behaviors of Graphene and Graphene Oxide as Water-Based Lubricant Additives for Magnesium Alloy/Steel Contacts

The tribological behaviors of graphene and graphene oxide (GO) as water-based lubricant additives were evaluated by use of a reciprocating ball-on-plate tribometer for magnesium alloy-steel contacts. Three sets of test conditions were examined to investigate the effect of concentration, the capacity of carrying load and the endurance of the lubrication film, respectively. The results showed tha...
